Urban Style Young Scholar Program offers internship opportunity to design students and fresh management graduates from across the country to be part of a great team and collaborate with the creative minds at Urban Style. The nationwide network of Urban Style celebrates excellence in design study and is open to fresh graduates from colleges and universities in India.
Who can participate?
- This internship program is applicable for full-time students aged between 20 and 25 years, of an Indian university in an undergraduate or graduate program.
- This program is based on individual performance and aptitude of a graduate student to showcase most relevant industry skill. This program is NOT based on group projects and collective initiatives will not be considered.
- Design students will be strictly evaluated on proficiency of industry skills like 3D Rendering, CAD, V-Ray and SketchUp. Students are requested to prepare well before making an attempt to apply for the program.
How to participate?
To apply for the Urban Style India’s 2020 Young Scholar Program, graduate students may submit their best-work or awe-inspiring project that uses 3D Rendering skills, CAD, V-Ray and SketchUp technology. It should include:
- A self abstract of no more than 500 words outlining the objective of your project.
- Clearly defined value proposition statement.
- All submissions must be original work of creativity and fully comply with international standards.
- Student must register for the program and submit your project to bpaul@urbanstyle.life
Under the “Young Scholar Program” Urban Style Luxury Interiors, tied up with SSMD (School Of Fashion & Design) a unit of SSM College of Engineering from Srinagar. This specialized division of “Luxury Interior Designing” was established in 2017 and within few years the college was instrumental to hone skills of the emerging designers from the valley. SSMD rose to prominence through the brilliance of the students who proved their individual industry skills and also ensured the students from subsequent years get equal industry opportunity. SSMD is a unit of SSM Group of Colleges which was established in year 1988. The institution gained prominence and recognition over the last three decades and got established as a premier education provider equipped with state of the art technology enabled teaching methodology backed by a strong research focused curriculum approved by AICTE (All India Council of Technical Education).
